At the heart of Vision 24/7 is a real-time, secure, and continuous data collection process of the customer’s networks and secure transmission of this information back to Keross servers. Our data collection system works in heterogeneous environments, including network, telecom and operating system (Windows, Macintosh, Novell, RedHat Linux and Solaris), applications (ERP, asset management, core banking), and databases (SQL and Oracle).

With in-house teams of experts in applications, networks, databases, and operating systems, Vision 24/7 allows complete monitoring and management of the customer infrastructure, including mobile devices like laptops.
