Dubai, 27 October 2008: Keross today announced that it has won a contract from Dubai Silicon Oasis to build, host, and manage a customer service platform using SmartPaper technology. Using SmartPaper, DSO will be able to tightly integrate customer interactions directly into the existing Oracle ERP. The barcoding technology will allow DSO to speed up transaction processing time and eliminate back-office errors completely.

SmartPaper is a Keross platform that combines business process managenement concepts with advanced physical document management capabilities using 2D barcoding technology. The system will allow DSO to better serve its customers and more efficiently run its back office operations by speeding up the processing of hundreds of daily transactions. Keross will launch the system as part of an annual renewable contract.

Under the terms of the agreement, Keross will manage and operate the technology infrastructure of the platform, enabling DSO to focus on its core business and avoid a large investment in software and hardware.
