  • Dubai, 23 November 2008: TECOM Investments, a member of Dubai Holding, today announced the launch of TECOM SmartPaper, a new customer service portal for ensuring faster and more accurate processing of all Government Services Operations. The advanced technology will also allow TECOM’s gradual transition from paper-based processes to a fully automated environment.

  • Dubai, 27 October 2008: Keross today announced that it has won a contract from Dubai Silicon Oasis to build, host, and manage a customer service platform using SmartPaper technology. Using SmartPaper, DSO will be able to tightly integrate customer interactions directly into the existing Oracle ERP.

  • Dubai, 15 October 2008: Keross announced today that it appointed Mr. Cyril Simonnet as Board Director and shareholder, with executive responsibilities in Sales and Marketing. Cyril is a veteran of managed services, having been Managing Director at Qualys Inc., a leading provider of on-demand vulnerability management and policy compliance solutions.

  • Dubai, 7 October 2008: Keross announced today that it signed two agreements with the Dubai office of Grant Thornton, a leading auditing and consulting firm, and CASCOM, a major provider of security and communications services.

  • Abu Dhabi, 29 June 2008: With the signature of three inter-related enterprise support contracts, Keross today announced that it is about to deploy Vision 24/7 and Vigilant 360 to support the technology infrastructure of Amanah Financial Services.

  • Abu Dhabi, 15 June 2008: Keross today announced the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to be headed by the resident Managing Partner, Farouk Said, who will be overseeing a team of consultants serving the firm's Abu Dhabi clients. On the occasion, Mr. Said stated: "The new office cements our long-term commitment to our clients in Abu Dhabi.

  • Dubai, 8 June 2008: Keross today announced that it signed a long-term Master Service Agreement with Noor Islamic Bank to provide turn-key management services for initial public offerings where Noor acts as a receiving or lead receiving bank. The MSA covers the now-running IPO of Takaful House PJSC, an Islamic insurance company being set up in Dubai with a capital of 100 million dirhams.

  • Abu Dhabi, 11 May 2008: Keross today announced that it has entered into a long-term contract with Al Awael Securities to provide full disaster recovery hosting and management to Al Awael's securities brokerage platform.

  • Abu Dhabi, 10 May 2008: Keross announced today that it signed a long-term Master Service Agreement that will last up to three years for providing security services to the Arab Monetary Fund. Keross' value proposition for security in banking and finance includes turn-key managed security services and security consulting services through the branded Vigilant 360 platform.

  • Abu Dhabi, 30 April 2008: Keross LLC announced today that it signed a long-term contract with The National Investor to provide continuous remote management and monitoring of TNI's infrastructure using the Vision 24/7 platform. The contract will last an initial one year term renewable at TNI's and Keross' option.
